Image and audio search
The digital collections of UVA's libraries include images and audio from a range of sources, including: classical music, Smithsonian global sound, a library of sound effects and standard MIDI files, lists of UVA image collections and a directory of web image search options.

Subject-specific databases (e.g. Database of Mid-Victorian Illustration) and museum directories (e.g. National Portrait Gallery) can also be helpful. When using this or any image directory, please be aware of copyright and usage restrictions.
