Dear Vella Members,

I just wanted to say thanks to all who participated in 
making the pot-luck dinner at Rip's house such a great 
event.  It was very nice to be able to get to know one 
another a litte bit.  If you missed it, the food was great! 
We hope to have another gathering in early November, so if 
you missed the pot-luck - don't worry, we'll try to do 
something soon.  Thanks also to Rip for offering his house 
on such short notice.
