Dear Employment Law Students:

In modifying the assignment for Thursday's class, I made two mistakes.
First, I should have realized that you would find it useful to read the
introductory material on COBRA and HIPAA (found in the casebook at
pp.887-80) as well as the note on adverse selection (found on p.889).

Second, I noticed too late that the handout includes several egregious typos
(omissions of words on the second page).  In my defense, I downloaded the
case from the casebook authors' website, but that's really no excuse.  Sorry
for any confusion the errors may have caused.

See you tomorrow, assuming that I survive the Libel Show experience.
