The studio is divided into 3 piles.  The existing web site deals with the 3rd and final pile.  This pile represents a built form
for the a 'research center'.  It tries to take the thesis and make it into a spatial reality.  Issues such as circulation, traffic,
access, and others helped to determine the form and its evolution.  The first two iterations of this web site consisted of
material produced in the first two piles.  This time was spent on trying to understand the processes of the landfill at multiple
scales and with all the senses.  The time allowed us to absorb as much information as possible.  I believe we visited about
6 landfills.  Each offering its own specifics to our database of information.  This page contains material from the 1st and 2nd piles.
