With this project we propose to make the landfill site a more connected part of a growing community by strengthening its value as a public works and a public place.

This proposal reflects a regional responsibility. To clean up the site. Evolve the waste management system. To project a innovative form of infrastucture that is a celebrated service and a connection to the community.
