VELLA Elections -- last chance

Several people have sent me messages regarding VELLA 
elections, but as of yet, there has been no campaigning on 
the list-serve. Now is your chance! 

Today is the last day for campaigning for VELLA exec board 
elections. Simply send up to 2 e-mails to: 
vella-members@virginia.edu with your campaign info -- who 
you are, why you want to be a VELLA officer, or simply your 
interest in a particular position. 

Tomorrow I will circulate the VELLA ballot and will need 
everyone to vote by noon on Wednesday. Then, we'll announce 
(and induct) our new officers Wednesday night at the 
potluck! Note: if you cannot attend the potluck, don't be 
discouraged from running for office.

Plus, don't forget to RSVP to me with what you're bringing 
to the potluck!
