VELLA Elections -- 2nd round

Due to the underwhelming interest last week in being on the 
VELLA Executive Board for 2000-2001, we need to hold a 2nd 
election to fill the positions of President, Treasurer & 
Secretary.

I will be placing flyers in the mailboxes of all students, 
encouraging anyone interested in employment & labor law to 
sign up to the vella-members list serve. Then, we will 
re-run elections next week as follows:

Nominations/Campaign -- Saturday - Monday (4/22-24)
Elections -- Tuesday & Wednesday (4/25 & 26) by 3 pm via 
e-mail (as before)
Officers Announced Wednesday night at the VELLA Potluck at 
Rip's & E-mailed Thursday 4/27

Encourage any of your friends interested in employment &/or 
labor law who are not on the list-serve to sign up by 
Friday so they can participate in the elections! Just send 
a message to Majordomo@virginia.edu and in the message say: 
subscribe vella-members
