e-mail newsletter from Ross Runkel, a professor at Willamette
University
College of Law. The memo is published three times a week; a

Under our institutional subscription, the Employment Law Memo is
available to anyone in the law school:  faculty, staff or
students. (Runkel also publishes a weekly NLRB Memo, which is
available free.) Please forward this information to your students
