I just received an email message from Andy McGuire, a former
student of mine who is currently working at Seyfarth Shaw
Fairweather & Geraldson in Chicago.  He would like to share
the following information with you:

(1) Seyfarth Shaw has about 100 employment and labor
attorneys in the Chicago office alone and would be a great
opportunity for anyone interested in management side
practice.  One of their hiring partners is coming to UVa on
October 11, and Andy would encourage you to sign up.
(2) Andy offers himself as a contact for anyone who would
like a first-year associate's perspective on
employment/labor practice in Chicago, in a big firm, etc.
