Treasurer Election

Dear VELLA Members,

My name is Amy Potter and I would like to run for treasurer 
of VELLA.  I have really enjoyed becoming more involved in 
VELLA and I would really like to continue to be involved in 
a leadership role.  I think I would be a good treasurer 
because I have had a lot of experience being treasurer of a 
multitude of different student organizations (I was even 
treasurer of my first year section this year!!).  I am also 
good at keeping track of numbers and trying to find the 
best way to get and use funds. 

I think VELLA is a great organization with a lot of great 
memebers and I would like to see it continue to grow.  I 
think I could help do that as treasurer.  Thanks a lot for 
your consideration.
